Pilgrim Street
ONE OF THE OLDEST BUILDINGS IN NEWCASTLE…
Dating back to 1670, Alderman Fenwick’s House is one of the most important mercantile townhouses in the North of England.
Named after the mayor of Newcastle in 1720, the building has previously served as the Queens Head Hotel and the famous Liberal Club. Restoration was completed in 1997 by Tyne and Wear Building Preservation Trust and the building was acquired by business space specialist Central Space in 2020.
